A hardy perennial with finely divided, fern-like foliage, and flat heads of gorgeous dark cherry red flowers. Bushy and semi-evergreen.

A cultivated variety of the native wildflower, Yarrow.

A good mid-border plant and excellent for cutting.

Flowers from early summer into autumn.

Loved by bees, beneficial insects, birds, butterflies/moths and other pollinators.

  • Grow in a sunny position in a moist but well-drained soil.
    Will tolerate most soils, especially loam/clay/sand.

    Dislikes heavy, wet clay in winter.

    Cut back untidy foliage in spring. Divide clumps every three to five years
