By visiting us and/or purchasing items from us, you engage in our service and therefore agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not use the website, nor any services provided by Urbee Ltd. The terms and conditions below apply to all users of our site. When you place an order on our website you are making an offer to us to purchase the goods detailed in your order. By placing an order with us you will be assumed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received. A contract between you and Urbee for the sale of our products will exist once the order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Your payment card account will be authorised and charged when your order is placed and processed.
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Urbee until we have received full payment of all sums owing in respect of the goods.

Our store is powered by Wix.com They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We aim to keep stock of all our products, however occasionally an item(s) will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted on the website, under each relevant item.
An item may be out of stock temporarily or permanently, or discontinued. When an item is no longer available, we will remove it from the website as soon as possible. If we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered we will contact you.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in GBP Sterling, and are non-inclusive of any local sales taxes.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Urbee reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice.
Urbee shall not be liable for any price change or discontinuance of the service.
Delivery charges will vary according to the weight of goods ordered and the delivery address, full prices are shown when ordering.
Please give an accurate address for delivery. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods in the time frame shown, although in some cases this may be longer, due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you are not entirely happy with your products then you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt.
We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in the same condition as they were received, unused and not damaged. They must be returned in the original packaging with the receipt enclosed. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. We are unable to refund any postage costs of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

If you have bought a product(s) from Urbee at a show or fair, you can return your item(s) as long as you provide your receipt.
Import Duty and Payment Fees
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the United Kingdom, you may be liable to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied against orders sent outside of the United Kingdom. Please check any local legislation rules before ordering.
Urbee will charge for your orders in GBP Sterling. If you are purchasing outside of the United Kingdom, you may be liable to pay currency or transaction fees to your card provider. You will be responsible for any card payment fees levied by your card provider. Please check with your card provider for details before placing your order.

Information provided on this website is aimed to be accurate and up to date. It is provided as general information only. Urbee will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of any information.
Offers & Discounts
Urbee may occasionally offer promotional discounts. Only one promotional code can be used at any one time.
Any promotional discount codes are not valid on sales items.
We also offer free local delivery on certain items.
Plant pot returns
You can return your 1 and 2 litre taupe plastic pots that we provide with our plants. By returning your pots, you will receive a 20p (per pot) refund off your order.
Pots will be collected during the plant delivery, then the total amount will be refunded to you.
We cannot accept more pots than the total amount of plants purchased from your previous order.
Pots must be returned in a clean and usable condition. Any damaged or broken pots cannot be accepted.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Urbee does not exclude liability for (1) any fraudulent act or omission; or (2) any death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of our other legal obligations. Subject to this, Urbee is not liable for loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the contract was made.
We will not be responsible nor liable to for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through our website. Urbee will also not be held responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Urbee does not have control over these websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided as an additional service to users of this website. Because they feature in our website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Urbee. The entire liability of Urbee under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products.
