First Class UK delivery - £4.95 using Royal Mail First Class delivery.

International delivery - Prices are based on weight (per kg)**

International Tracked - from £13 (Europe*).

**We regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying any Import Duty or Formal Customs Entry Fees. We advise that you check for charges that may apply in any country before ordering goods for import.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds...

We hope that you love your Urbee products but if you want to return any items, they may be exchanged or refunded if they are returned to us within 30 days since purchase.

They must be in the same condition as they were received, unused and not damaged. 

They must be returned in the original packaging with the receipt enclosed. 

We are only able to refund on receipt of the items. Please ensure that items are packed well as we are unable to refund items that have been damaged in transit. 

We are unable to refund any postage costs of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

Once we receive your item we will inform you via email, then if the item is in a saleable condition we will process your refund back to your original method of payment. 

We will happily exchange items if they damaged. 

We recommend that you use recorded delivery to post your exchanges or refunds back to us.
