We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to the London postcode of DA16 and the surrounding areas - SE9, SE3, SE7, SE10, SE12, SE18, DA14, DA15 and BR7. You can purchase directly from the website, choosing 'Eltham & Surrounding' and have your order delivered by hand. Free local delivery is offered on all orders over £15.
Delivery will be arranged promptly and at a convenient time via email or text message.
Delivery times are between 1-4 days after purchasing.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds...
We hope that you love your Urbee items but if you want to return any items, they may be exchanged or refunded if they are returned to us within 30 days since purchase.
They must be in the same condition as they were received, unused and not damaged.
They must be returned in the original packaging.

We are only able to refund on receipt of the items. Please ensure that items are packed well as we are unable to refund items that have been damaged in transit.
We are unable to refund any postage costs of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

Once we receive your item we will inform you via email, then if the item is in a saleable condition we will process your refund back to your original method of payment.
We will happily exchange items if they damaged.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery to post your exchanges or refunds back to us.
