Harvested in autumn from hives placed in the beautiful Bolton Abbey moors in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, where the bees forage on thousands of acres of heather. This is a site of special scientific interest, rich in biodiversity - giving this honey its unique qualities and exceptional taste.
