A semi-evergreen, vigourous woody climber. The flowers are pink on the outside and orange-yellow inside, followed by glossy red berries (non-edible), which are loved by birds.

Beautifully perfumed.

A fabulous plant to train up walls and fences, or pillars and pergolas.  Requires tying in to supporting wires, due to lack of naturally twining stems.

RHS Garden of merit award.
